Designer Tin of Cards Project Kit

I'm on a roll here this evening. After my last post, showcasing the Oh Happy Day project kit, I just had to pop back to tell you about the Designer Tin of Tags Project Kit. The reason is because from 1st - 5th October this kit will be on special offer at a price of only £18.38 (a 25% discount on the normal price of £24.50). This is such a bargain. Click here to order direct from my shop, or contact me by email or phone.

This kit is packaged in a beautiful, printed, keepsake tin which contains enough printed card blanks, envelopes, and coordinating embellishments to make 16 (four each of four designs) handmade cards. You will need a few other items to complete your cards. For example, the co-ordinating Designer Tin of Cards Stamp Set and an ink pad. I will be running a class in November, and again in January, in my home in Chertsey, Surrey, based on this project kit so that you can use my stamps and  inkpads to complete your cards without any additional cost. Contact me if you'd like to book. Cost for the class is £20 which includes the Designer Tin of Cards kit for each participant and refreshments.

Don't forget too that any customer who orders from me in October will receive an extra little gift as a thank you. How can you resist? Also, this kit would make a perfect Christmas gift for anyone with a creative interest. Hope to hear from you soon!

Jill

Oh Happy Day Card Kit

If you are just starting out in crafting and card making, a very good first purchase would be one of the fabulous project kits offered by Stampin' Up. Today I am showcasing the "Oh Happy Day" Card Kit.

This kit contains everything (apart from glue!) you need to make at least 20 unique, handmade cards at a cost of just over £1.50 each. And you will be left with a stamp set and stamp pad to use over again and again in your crafting. All card bases, envelopes and embellishments are included and it all comes in a gorgeous, sturdy box. Click here to order the kit.

The stamp set contains a whole load of useful greetings and sentiments to suit many occasions: birthday, thank you, love you etc.

This would make a great gift for any of you whose thoughrts are already drifting towards 25th December!

And don't forget, any customer ordering from me in October will receive an extra little gift as a thank you, no matter how small your order.

You can order by clicking the "Shop Now" button at the top of the page, or by emailing or phoning me. If you are local to Chertsey (very close to junction 11 of M25), you are welcome to collect your order from me to avoid paying the shipping costs.

Number of Years - Take 2

A few days ago I posted a card I had made using the "Number of Years" stamp set and promised to be back to show a similar card in a different colourway. Well here it is!

This one is in landscape mode rather than portrait, like the last one, and uses two more colours from the In Color collections - Peekaboo Peach from the 2016 - 2018 collection and Tip Top Taupe from the 2015 - 2017 collection. Again I've used the Mini Striped Ribbon (in Tip Top Taupe) and the Ruched Ribbon (in Peekaboo Peach). One of the things I really love about Stampin' Up is the co-ordinating products which makes it so easy to put a card together.

This stamp set really is very versatile - lots of greetings, a banner, flowers and foliage not to mention the numbers of course. Excellent value for only £24.00 - and remember if you order with me before the end of September I am offering an extra 10% discount so you get the set for only £21.60.

Hope you like my card!

Forever Evergreen Project Kit

Hi everyone,

Just a very quick post today to showcase this lovely Christmas tree kit. How fab would those trees look as a centre piece on your Christmas table?

This kit has been the best seller at the workshops I have held recently. Don't leave it too long to get your hands on one of your own.

As you can see from the picture above, the kit contains everything you need to make one large and two smaller three dimensional trees, and includes loads of embellishments and ornaments. Just love those honeycomb baubles and the wooden snowflakes.

This kit is on page 35 of the Autumn Winter Catalogue - if you would like your very own copy of the catalogue, just contact me and it will be my pleasure to drop one in the post absolutely free of charge.

Back soon with more gorgeous products to tempt you,

Jill

Number of years birthday card

Hello there,

Before I show you my card today, I just wanted to remind you all that for the whole of September I am offering 10% off any order placed with me - please email your order rather than using my online shop to take advantage of this offer.

Today I have a really quick and easy card to show you which uses the Number of Years stamp set (£24.00 - or £21.60 with 10% discount!) although I didn't use any of the numbers! This set includes some lovely floral and foliage stamps, along with a couple of sentiments, which makes it perfect for making cards like this one.

Number of Years Stampin' Up!

This card is CASED from one shown in the annual catalogue on Page 136. I have used two colours here - Sweet Sugarplum and Mint Macaron - I love this combination. And this card is a perfect example of why I love Stampin Up so much. It's so easy to put together a card like this using coordinating products - ink, cardstock and ribbon.

Number of Years Stampin' Up!

Thanks for dropping in today - I really appreciate all the visitors to my blog. Back soon with a similar card in a different colourway.

Pootles' Colour Challenge.....and 10% off!!

Hi everyone,

Thought this week that I'd do something new for me - enter a challenge! I chose to do the Pootles Colour Challenge, which for this week wants cards made with the following colours: Wild Wasabi, Melon Mambo and Marina Mist. I already had an idea for a card design, using my absolutely favourite bundle from the Annual catalogue - Jars of Love stamp set and Everyday Jars framelits dies,  so decided to make it using those colours.

I love this set so much - so many possibilities and I have so many other designs to show you using this set. The sentiment I have used is from the Tin of Cards set - again a very versatile set with loads of useful greetings in two different fonts.

Hope you like my card. The jars bundle is available for £48.50 in the catalogue, but email me with your order and you can get a further 10% discount, making it £43.65.

Back soon,

Jill

Cookie cutter gingerbread man - Take 2

Hello again,

Hope you've had a wonderful weekend. I'm just popping in here to show you another card I have made using Cookie Cutter punch and stamp set bundle

Such good value this bundle - if you send your order to me via email, you can purchase the bundle from me for £28.35, which includes an extra 10% discount especially from me. PLUS I will send you a sample pack of co-ordinating papers and ribbons as a little free gift.  I have already made several cards with this set and have loads of ideas for more - I'll show you another next time.

I'm still loving this colour combination and that stripey paper is from the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper pack.

I know its only September, but it is exactly the right time to start planning your Christmas cards. The weeks will whizz by and it will be here sooner than you think!

What other products have I used to make this card? Here is the list:
Crumb cake, whisper white (and a tiny piece of real red) card stock, whisper white baker's twinereal red and crumb cake stamp pads (but could use markers instead?). The sentiment is from the Holly Berry Happiness set.

If you would just like to make this card and several others at a fun social event, then why not sign up for one of my card-making classes - "Cards 'n' Cake"? I can be found in Chertsey, just off Junction 11 of the M25, so a handy location to get to.

Be back soon. Thanks for stopping by,

Jill

Run, run as fast as you can!! 10% off!!

Hello,

I'm back as promised to show you the first of the projects I have made with products from the newly published Autumn Winter 2016 catalogue.

How cute is that gingerbread man? (Hope you recognised the refrain from the familiar fairy tale I used as the title for this post?). This was the image that jumped out at me from the new catalogue. Other things were more of a slow burn, but this set just had to be included in my first order. I'm also loving the colour combination of crumb cake, real read and whisper white. And I love that designer paper - here's a close up so that you can see the tiny Christmas trees:

To make this card I used the new Cookie Cutter Builder Punch (£16.00) and the Cookie Cutter Christmas Stamp Set (£19.00).

They are available individually but also as a bundle with a saving of 10% (£31.50). Plus, I have a special offer on any order made this month of another 10% discount. So you could get both the punch and stamp set for £28.35. What's not to like? Don't forget, in order to claim the extra 10% from me, you will need to email me your order rather than use my online shop. And the first 5 customers who order this particular bundle from me will also receive a little free gift - a pack of samples from the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper and co-ordinating ribbon.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Will be back tomorrow with another project using a different image from the same stamp set (but just as cute!),

Jill

Hello I'm back with a very special offer - 10% off!!

Well, that was a longer break than I intended to take! Cannot believe its been over a year. My demonstratorship lapsed and life just got in the way. However, I am now back again and determined to make a go of my little Stampin Up business. To those loyal followers who are still out there, thank so much for your continued support. Hoping I can now pick up lots of new loyal followers and that you will enjoy seeing my crafty makes.

Today is a great day for me to re-launch my blog as this is the day that the new Stampin Up Autumn Winter 2016 catalogue goes live. There are so many wonderful new items in this catalogue - I've been having great fun making items to show you in the coming weeks. It might seem early to start talking about Christmas but as the big day is only 16 weeks away, now would be a great time to start thinking about Christmas cards and the new catalogue will provide you with loads of inspiration for these. Just click here to view a PDF version of the catalogue or click here  to request a paper copy and I'll pop one in the post to you, absolutely free!

If you would like to get your hands on any of these fabulous products, this link here will take you straight through to my online shop. And if you need any further encouragement, for September only I have a very special offer for you - 10% off any order. If you would like to take advantage of this offer then please contact me via email and do not order online, as this offer is from me and not Stampin Up.

I will be back very soon to showcase the makes I've made using products from the catalogue but just as a teaser here is a sneaky peek at one of the projects I'll be showing you later this week.

 Will be back soon,

Jill
